Website Services Agreement

Scope
The project includes only the pages, features, integrations, products, revisions and services listed in the written project scope or quote. Work outside that scope may cost extra and will be discussed before it is added.
Deposit
A deposit is required before work begins. Once the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit reserves project time and covers planning, setup, design, development, content preparation and other project work.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due before the finished website is launched, transferred, released or delivered unless another written arrangement has been agreed to.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide the information, content, approvals and access reasonably needed to complete the project. Delays in providing those items may delay completion.
Accounts & Third-Party Costs
The customer owns and pays for their domain, hosting, platform subscription, Stripe/PayPal/Square accounts, paid plugins, applications, APIs, booking services and other third-party services. Collaborator or delegated access should be used whenever supported instead of sharing passwords.
Revisions
The project includes only the revision rounds listed in the scope. Major redesigns, new pages, extra products, new features or work outside the original agreement may cost extra. Unlimited revisions are not included.
Customer Content
The customer is responsible for confirming they have the legal right to use logos, photos, videos, music, product images, written content, trademarks, branding and testimonials they provide.
Marketplace Services
Town & Trade Web Co. does not build or manage Etsy, eBay or Amazon seller stores. We may link a website to an existing marketplace account and may provide Amazon affiliate integration when agreed in the project scope.
Results
We do not guarantee Google rankings, search traffic, leads, sales, revenue, Etsy sales, Amazon commissions, affiliate income or advertising income. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for outages, account suspensions, pricing changes, security incidents, plugin failures, API changes, search-engine changes or other problems caused by third-party companies or systems outside our control.
Approval & Ownership
After final payment, the customer receives the agreed finished website/files. The customer retains ownership of their domain, hosting, business information, original supplied content and customer accounts. Third-party software remains subject to its owner's terms.
